Engaging a Multi-Generational Workforce is a highly interactive, skill building, results oriented workshop that looks at today’s workforce through a generational lens. The full day workshop focuses on the practical advice, skills and tools that managers need to lead in the multi-generational workplace.
Participants will:
- Understand the forces that shape values and behaviors at work
- Address generational stereotypes
- Identify the key motivators for each generation
- Identify actions to hire, on-board, coach, engage and retain each generation
- Improve communication skills critical to bridging the generation gap
- Create an action plan to bridge the workplace generation gap
- Practice the skills most needed to engage members of every generation
