Session 1:  Tuesday, October 20, 2015 – “Coaching Millennial Talent”
How can an organization build a capable, effective new workforce, and tap into the passion and fresh skills that these emerging team members bring? Generationally savvy organizations value the differences among people and view those differences as strengths. In this webinar, we focus on helping anyone who works with Millennials to increase their ability to connect, communicate and coach Millennials at work.

In this webinar, we will:
* Dispel Millennial myths and misconceptions and avoid stereotypes
* Deepen understanding of the “motivators and  de- motivators” of Millennials (and other generations, too)
* Explore the three big gaps at work – how and why there are generational differences in  Communication, Climate and Career
* Discuss how to’s for setting expectations and providing feedback

Who Should Attend:
This webinar is appropriate for Millennial managers, and HR professionals charged with developing, engaging and retaining Millennial managers at work.

Session 2:  Tuesday, November 17, 2015 – “Knowledge Sharing: Creating a Culture of Teaching & Learning”
At the heart of knowledge transfer is a culture of teaching and learning. Organizations have long recognized that the knowledge and experience of employees constitutes a valuable intangible asset. There are many work situations that call for teaching and learning – sharing best practices and tips; informal mentoring, getting new hires up the learning curve are all examples. Savvy leaders know that when they create a learning climate in their organizations, everyone feels welcome to share their expertise and their knowledge; and when knowledge is shared the entire organization benefits. Why is knowledge sharing critical? Because the brain drain is real and our organizations are in danger of losing expertise. Retirement of the Baby Boomer generation will see mission critical, institutional knowledge walk out the door. Organizations have a limited number of internal experts. And potentially a limited number of external experts (knowledge and skills gap).

In this webinar, we will:
* Use a job aid to assess the risk of lost expertise to your organization
* Share a three-step Knowledge Transfer Action Plan
* Discuss practical tips and the lessons of experience
