Leveraging Generational Diversity & Inclusion

Facilitated discussion will build understanding of the impact of a changing workforce; and provide a catalyst for candid conversation about the impact of generational issues on diversity and inclusion.

The discussion will include who’s in the workforce, what they want, and what that means from a talent perspective to leaders and their organizations. The bottom line is competitive advantage through engaged and empowered employees. As the massive Boomer generation exits the workforce, competitive advantage will become even more tied to leaders’ ability to understand and capitalize on what motivates employees and make that work for the business. Millennials are the most traditionally diverse generation in history. Only 59% of Millennials are Caucasian and 27% have immigrant backgrounds. Millennials have different expectations than Gen X and Boomers relating to engagement, empowerment and authenticity at work. For Millennials inclusion is a critical tool that enables business competitiveness and growth.
