Give Me Strength

In just 90 minutes, this training course provides participants with an understanding of how they can identify and bring out the best in their personal strengths.
The ability to correctly identify and understand personal strengths can help any team achieve more and channel more energy into their performance. Course participants in this workout will discover what their own strengths are and how to shape their work so that they can make more use of them.

Upon completion of the course, delegates will have an understanding of:
• Everyone has strengths –things we’re good at and that energize us.
• Their own strengths helps us guide our behavior and choices.
• How others’ strengths allows us to work as more efficient teams.

The training course content is as follows:
• Find your own personal strengths profile to keep (including realized strengths, unrealized strengths, learned behaviors and weaknesses)
• Explore what your strengths mean in practice
• Identify how you can maximize the use of your strengths in the tasks you are doing at the moment
