The Learning Café grew out of the co-founders’ corporate experience. They have over 40 combined years working for Fortune 100 companies. In their corporate roles, they have led people and projects focused on change initiatives, leadership development, training effectiveness, and quality improvement. Both Devon and Diane have held operations/line positions with profit-and-loss accountability.

Devon collaborates with clients to hire, educate, engage and retain a four generation workforce; develop leaders to fill the talent pipeline; and craft mentoring initiatives that get results and protect critical organizational “know how.”
