The Women Behind the Café
The Learning Café grew out of the corporate experience of its founders, Devon Scheef and Diane Thielfoldt. With over 40 combined years working for Fortune 100 companies including Bausch & Lomb, TRW and Xerox, Diane and Devon led teams of change agents, training and development professionals and customer service associates, just to name a few.
As partners in the The Learning Café, Diane and Devon collaborate with clients spanning four continents and many industries, including high technology, energy, aerospace, telecommunications, healthcare, insurance, banking and financial services, office equipment, business services, manufacturing and the public sector.
The pair frequently serves as engaging speakers at conferences and meetings. Their workshops, presentations and popular Talent Talks provide thousands of managers with practical, realistic ways to lead a diverse, changing workforce in a time of industry shifts and broad business change.
