The Learning Café grew out of our corporate experience. We have over 40 combined years working for Fortune 100 companies. In our corporate roles, we led people and projects focused on change initiatives, leadership development, training effectiveness and quality improvement. We both have held operations/line positions with profit-and-loss accountability.

Diane's corporate career encompassed leadership roles with McGraw-Hill, TRW, Bausch -- Lomb, and Xerox in sales, marketing, communications, and learning design, development and delivery.
